I am a Licensed Psychotherapist and Clinical Social Worker practicing in Southern California. I provide therapy to adults, children, adolescents, and families. I graduated Suma Cum Laude from the University of Southern California where I earned my Bachelors degree.  I then continued my education at the University of California, Los Angeles where I earned my Masters Degree in Social Welfare (MSW).

During my time as a therapist, I have worked in multiple settings, including working in community mental health, non-profits, and private counseling centers. I served as the Co-Coordinator and Supervisor of the Adolescent and Child Therapy Program at the Maple Counseling Center where I helped to train new therapists. I have worked as Lecturer at UCLA and UCI (teaching future social workers and public health workers), a grant writer, research consultant, a clinical supervisor to unlicensed psychotherapists, and a therapist in private practice.

I am an expert in working with clients experiencing a variety of clinical issues including depression, anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), phobias, trauma, parenting concerns, childhood behavioral difficulties, family conflict, and impulse control disorders.  As a licensed clinician, I consistently seek out opportunities for learning new and more effective ways to treat my clients and actively seek out peer consultation on a regular basis.

I feel very fortunate to work as a therapist and be welcomed into the lives of my clients when they are struggling most.  I honestly care deeply for all of my clients and try my best to create a safe space for them in therapy. When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my husband, daughter, son, and dog Nora. I also enjoy hiking, jogging, and living an active lifestyle.
